Food Handler Practice Test 2025

The ServSafe Food Handler Test is intended to evaluate workers' understanding of food safety in a food service setting. It evaluates fundamental skills necessary for food workers who do not hold managerial positions. There are forty questions on the exam, which is open-book. You need to pass with a score of 75% or above in order to obtain your food handler certification. In other words, you will need to accurately respond to 30 out of 40 questions. When preparing for this section, you can focus more on the following subject:
